Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time. You do not need a reason, and it does not cost anything.

How to request deletion

Email lukeisthere@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my data. Include the email address you used with us, and your Instagram or Threads username if you contacted us there.

We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your email address and any name you gave us
Your purchase and download history
Any Instagram or Threads messages, comments, or profile details we stored while replying to you
Any notes or tags attached to your record

What we cannot delete

Payment records Stripe is legally required to keep. Ask Stripe directly for those.
Content you posted publicly on Instagram, Threads, or elsewhere. Delete that from the platform itself.
Backups, which are overwritten on a rolling 90-day cycle.

Instagram and Threads

If you connected an Instagram or Threads account to one of our tools, you can revoke that access yourself at any time: open Instagram, go to Settings, then Apps and Websites, and remove How Minds Work. Revoking access stops all future data collection immediately. To also erase what we already stored, send the email above.
