By accessing or using howmindswork.org and any associated products or content, you agree to the following terms.
All content on this site — including videos, audio, text, and digital products — is owned by How Minds Work. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
All sales of digital products (including audio rituals, protocols, and programs) are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not offered unless the product is defective or inaccessible.
Exception: The Salt Line. The Salt Line ($27) is sold with a ninety day money-back guarantee, no reason required. That guarantee overrides the paragraph above for that product. See the Refund Policy for how to claim it.
Content on this site is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not substitute for professional mental health or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
You agree not to use this site or its content in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that violates the rights of others.
This site uses third-party services including Stripe for payment processing and Resend for email delivery. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service.
How Minds Work uses TikTok's Content Posting API to schedule and publish content to @howmindswork. This integration is used solely for content management purposes by the account owner.
How Minds Work uses Meta's official Instagram and Facebook Graph APIs to publish content, respond to comments, and send private replies on our own accounts. If you connect your own Instagram Professional account or Facebook Page to one of our tools, you authorize us, through Meta's own authorization system, to publish posts, read and reply to comments, and send private replies on your behalf, limited to the permissions you grant. You can revoke this access at any time directly through your Meta account settings. We are not responsible for actions Meta itself takes on your account, including policy enforcement or rate limiting.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
