The current return framework for digital rituals and physical pieces.
Because digital access is delivered immediately, a digital ritual is generally not eligible for a refund after it has been opened or downloaded, except where required by applicable law. Contact us promptly if access fails or the files are materially defective.
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Personalized, opened, or final-sale items may be excluded where stated on the product page. We will provide return instructions before you ship anything back.
